NOTE: If there is a difference between the Exhibit Hall Prize List published in the Preliminary Fair Book and what is published in the Final Fair Book, the wording in the Final Fair Book shall take precedence.
There will be a special prize for the $20.00 weekend pass holders this year. Daily admittance in 2012 will be $10.00 per day.

PRESIDENT’S WELCOME
Dear Friends
We are pleased to share the 2012 Home and Garden exhibit list. The directors of the Home and Garden Division have updated and made changes to various categories. Please take time to review the exhibits before Christmas and start preparing your exhibits early! Every year, we are proud to display the work of local gardeners, bakers, crafters, and farmers. We enjoy seeing so many familiar faces every year. It is also exciting to see so many children enter such wonderful articles. We look forward to attracting new exhibitors, young and young at heart, to share their talents with our many visitors. The Home and Garden Division has begun collecting recipes and anecdotes for our Bicentennial Cookbook. We are hoping to compile 200 recipes to Celebrate 200 years of the Williamstown Fair. The cookbook will be available fair weekend of 2012. Recipes and short stories can be sent electronically to kndixon@sympatico.ca or mailed to Karen Dixon, Home and Garden President, St. Lawrence Valley Agricultural Society, P.O. Box 7, Williamstown, Ontario, K0C 2J0. You are reminded that exhibits are to be dropped off between 5:00 pm and 8:00 on Thursday, August 9, 2012. Judging will begin promptly at 8:00 pm. Be sure to get your entries to the Exhibit Hall and/or the Nor‘Westers Museum on time. I look forward to seeing all of you at the 201st edition of the Williamstown Fair.
